Who are we?

“JJM Corporate Services is a start-up, established to serve small and medium businesses mainly in and around the Eastern Cape with an office in East London. However, given the flexibility of the internet and corporate services nature we do service clients in the rest of South Africa as well.

We offer services such as corporate services, accounting, tax consulting, assurance and advisory to small and medium business. We are hiring to launch and open our East London office.”

We have a learnership opportunity for a suitably qualified college graduate who has completed the N6 Qualification in one of the following disciplines:

– Management Assistant

– Marketing

– Business Management

– Office Administrator


– You will be responsible for receptionist duties, office manager duties and marketing assistant duties with a possibility to become a Marketing Manager with your own set of clients

– Responding and directing calls from clients, vendors and colleagues

– Responding to email, whatsapp, facebook, LinkedIn messages from clients, vendors and colleagues

– Attending to office walk-in clients and vendors

– Making appointments with staff for clients when requested or required

– Recording and keeping client contact details

– Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required

– Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order

– Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures

– Assisting with the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing events

– Monitoring and managing the company’s social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed

– Acquiring, monitoring and managing client social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed


– Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with clients, vendors and colleagues

– Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly

– Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day

– Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with upset customers

– Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive

– Self-starter who is able to take initiative in managing office and client interactions

– Knowledge of marketing strategies, including continuing education of new marketing tactics and tools

– Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF
