General Administration
- To assist with administration of new starters and terminations
- Accurate filing of Employee records
- Completing the HR internal Audit on Employee records
- Meet with employees to ensure current personal records are correct
- Arrange for outstanding documentation to be completed and returned
- Ensure Employee records are filed correctly and data easily accessible
- Create employee starter, welcome and induction packs
- To assist HRBP’s when required with administration
- Book meetings and training rooms
- Distribution of employee documents
- Reporting and administration within all HR disciplinary activities
Recruitment and Selection
- Advertise posts internally and externally
- Short listing of candidates for interviews
- Scheduling of dates, venue and times of the interviews
- Conduct the reference checks
Training and Development
- Update the database on training statistics
- Support and co-ordinate training
- Filling training documents
