POST 03/14 : ADMINISTRATION CLERK (CLIENT SERVICE): BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
REF NO: HR 4/21/12/01
SALARY : R176 310 per annum
CENTRE : SEE, Pretoria


REQUIREMENTS :

A Senior Certificate or Office Administrator. Knowledge: Administrative procedures
relating to an office, Filing and retrieval of documents, Ability to operate fax machine
and a photocopier, Data capturing Skills: Communication, Computer literacy,
Interpersonal, Attention to details, Marketing, Analytical, Customer Care.


DUTIES :

Provide support to Sales and Marketing at SEE. Resolve all complaints from sales
from SEE clients. Render administration support services to the purchasing unit.
Control the movement of documents and files in the unit.
