Position Description:

Visual Merchandise Communication Administrator

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandise/ marketing coordinator, Traffic coordinator, Operations administrator, Project Managed
Demonstrable strong attention to detail and consistency
Worked in retail or at an ad agency
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools (desirable)
Strong instructional communication formation skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Creative and innovative thinker
Deadline driven
Certificate in business management/ visual merchandising/visual communications or similar. Good people skills
Work well in a team and on own
Solution driven. Knowledge working on digital instructional / communications platform advantageous
5 Years’ admin experience

Job purpose:

Work on YOOBIC Operations & Boost platforms – an effective task management and communication and learning tool that digitises communication and information sharing to build on consistency and learning platform for our frontline teams. Each communication piece is called a ‘mission’

Key performance areas:


Create visual merchandising & promotional campaign missions
Create new store opening missions and reporting
Create instructional communication documents ( seasonal housing updates , user guides / information packs) and upload onto Yoobic
Source mock up images from visual merchandising team
Liaise with and align with Marketing team on promotions and product launches to manage visual communications calendar
Create posts on newsfeed
Analyse completion and compliance and report weekly
Manage brand folders
New store opening , collate promo packs, vm layers and update calendars
