What will you do?
Leads strategy development for Shared Services, aligns strategy to SPF and product houses’ Responsible for data quality and data accuracy across all project deliverables.
Responsible for data analysis, data profiling, data modelling, and data mapping capabilities.
Responsible for reviewing and governing data queries.
Accountable for the assessment, delivery, quality, accuracy, and tracking of any production data fixes.
Accountable for the delivery of any IT developed reports.
Responsible for defining standards and best practices for data analysis, modelling, and queries.
Responsible for understanding end-to-end data flows and identifying data dependencies in support of delivery, release, and change management (supported by SPF IT).
Responsible for rationalizing group’s reporting posture through the definition and maintenance of a reporting strategy and roadmap.
Partners with the SPF IT team to ensure solutions adhere to the organization’s data principles and guidelines.
Responsible for governing system access for the organisations data systems.
Responsible for solving data related queries and communicating resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
What will make you successful in this role?
Qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or similar field of expertise.
At least 2 years hands-on data experience in a stewardship or equivalent role.
Experience with data modelling and test data management tools.
Technical expertise in data architecture principles and design aspects of various DBMS and reporting concepts.
Solid understanding of SQL, including tuning for performance.
Solid understanding of key DBMS platforms like SQL Server.
