NSFAS : National Student Financial Aid Scheme

The NSFAS is a schedule 3(A) entity governed by the National Student Financial Aid Scheme Act (56 of 1999). The role
of the organisation is to provide financial aid to eligible students from poor and working class families who would otherwise not be able to afford to study at South African TVET and public universities.
The following vacancies exists in Cape Town

.CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER (Five-year fixed term contract)
The Chief Information Officer will be responsible to set objectives and strategics for the ICT Department to ensure that the required technology solutions are provided for the total value chain related to student funding amongst other requirements

.CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (Five-year fixed term contract)
The Chief financial Officer will be responsible for designing and implementing financials systems to manage the overall organization financial budget and funds provided by DHET and donors for student funding amongst other requirements

The National Student financial Aid Scheme requires an experienced Company Secretary to support the NSFAS and oversee the various govanance functions of the nsfas to effectively and effectively manage the Board Scretariat and provide comprehensive Board/Company Secretariat function.

The above mentioned positions will be offered on a 5year fixed term contract with a Total Cost to Company package.
