Job Summary:

Provide support to administrative functions while growing office skills.

Essential functions:
. Provide office support including customer and employee support.
. Taking phone messages and passing them on.
. Following up where requested on business communication, billing and ordering
. Sending faxes and email.
. Preparing documents by printing, copying and binding.
. Filing documents
. Filing tender documents

METER READER LEARNERSHIP JOB x3

Our company based in Makhado is looking for three people who are no afraid to travel in the Makhado Area (Town and Farms) taking electricity meter readings.

REQUIREMENT :

. Matric Certificate
. Candidate must have a valid driver’s licence
. Must be able to start as soon as possible

Duties:

  • Perform meter reading functions by capturing meter numbers and readings utilising a computerised device.
  • Identify and record all faulty and damaged meter.
  • Locate and sequence routes and meters not recorded on the system.
  • Investigate irregularities on meter electricity consumption and report all illegal connections.
