REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Grade 12 • National Diploma in Accounting or any other equivalent qualification• 5 years’ experience with 2 Years at a Supervisor level • Computer Literacy • A valid Driver’s licence • CPMD will be an added advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Identifying and defining the immediate, short and long term objectives of the Revenue section • Assessing the adequacy of current transactional accounting procedures related to reconciliations, posting, updating and adjustment of entries • Evaluating and reviewing risk related policies associated with cashiering and banking sequences • Developing a process and procedure manual and guidelines for all meter reading, billing and customer care functions • Monitoring the application and adequacy of debt recovery policies • Review and approve general ledger accounts (Income) journals• Review and approve monthly reconciliation of the suspense account for general sundry debtors, staff accounts, debtors and retention• Ensure that effective debtor and cashiering transactional processes are adhered to • Review all cash flow forecasts for accounts receivables and support • Analysing monthly billing, identifying and put correct measures in place to ensure accuracy of billing to consumers for service packages • Perform any other duties that may be delegated.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Receiving and installation of new equipment and software • Collating a list of all new IT Equipment • Monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of the application software, network connectivity and operating systems user support • Monitoring and expediting support requests Plans and controls the process of procurement of the required ICT systems software and its maintenance • Verifying and updating ICT Equipment • Maintaining all ICT applications • Perform any other duties that may be delegated.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Grade 12 • National Diploma in Horticulture or any other relevant science qualification• 3 years’ experience in grounds maintenance and management with 1 Year supervisory experience • Computer Literacy • valid Driver’s licence

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Grade 12 • Traffic Diploma and Examiner of Drivers Licence Diploma • Registered as an Examiner of Drivers Licence and Traffic Officer • Have a sound knowledge of the National road Traffic Act • In possession of a Code EC & A Drivers licence (manual transmission) • Trained and be fully conversant with the procedures as contained in the latest procedure manuals for E-Natis operators • Three years relevant experience • Must not be out of service or testing longer than 12 months • Computer literacy • Bilingual • No criminal record- Police Clearance Certificate (SAPS365) must be attached

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Examination of applications to obtain drivers or learners licence • Conduct eye test as prescribed by the NRTA • To do renewals of drivers licences and the issuing therefore as prescribed in the requirements of the NRTA and K53 manuals • Handled all relevant administration regarding DLTC • Assist with General Law enforcement, Road Block and Operation of the section

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and manage the circulation process and work procedure for the different building plan applications • Develop, review and implement Housing Sector Plan Human Settlement • Liaise with Provincial Housing Department on the status of a housing project in accordance with the National Housing Code •
