• Age 18-28
• Matric qualification with English and Mathematics pass
• Strong Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Computer literacy
• Agricultural/ farming background or exposure
• A love of farming
• Want to develop your skills in farming
• Demonstrate past leadership capability e.g. in church, sports and school
